Countdown to Curtain Down - Part 2

These past few days have been both hectic and interesting.

Thanks to my younger son’s doctor, Dr. Joe Lewis, I was admitted to St. Francis Hospital on Sunday morning.  Within half an hour he had a gastroenterologist standing by my bed, a Dr. William Fortson. Both are great gentlemen.Â

Councilman Ernest Brooks, finally speaks up.

The Jackson City Council has been discussing the issue of health care that the city provides for its employees over the last couple of days. This discussion has over shadowed a much larger question that surrounds the new proposed parking garage issue. But all the same the Councilman from the 3rd District did comment.
